Critical Control Performance Testing.
How to move beyond testing for presence to test for effectiveness of controls. What are control design standards, control operating standards, and control effectiveness testing. How to test for degradation.

Evaluating the systems that support risk management.
Critical Control Verification Program including field protocols, assurance mapping, escalation, system performance assessments, etc.

ICAM with Bowtie.
Causal analysis, barrier failure mapping, just culture integration, and more. Using a systems lens to understand control failures and control degrading by using ICAM causal mapping with Bowties.
